About the Position:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the daily operations of the team, ensuring project milestones are met, and maintaining high standards of quality.

The candidate will provide leadership, mentorship, and support, coordinate with various departments, and ensure effective communication among team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership, Team Management, and Mentorship skills
  • Project Management and Strategic Planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Evaluate team performance, manage resources, and contribute to strategic planning to drive project success
  • Coordinate with various departments and ensure effective communication among team members

Technical Skills:

  • Understanding of IT Infrastructure (Servers, Networking, Cloud services)
  • Knowledge of Service Management Frameworks (ITIL, COBIT)
  • Monitoring Tools (Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix)
  • Incident, Problem & Change Management Systems (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)
  • Basic scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python) for automation
  • Database knowledge (SQL basics).
