Job Description

As a Life & Wellness Coach, you will partner with our members in a safe, non-judgmental environment to facilitate exploration, self-discovery, and growth. You will be responsible for delivering tele-coaching sessions to support members in developing the insights and skills necessary to create meaningful and sustainable change, and thrive in areas that matter most to them.

  • Provide structured life and/or wellness coaching sessions to clients in your region via video or phone.
  • Support adults in setting goals, building confidence, and encouraging action to achieve their goals for common life challenges related to stress, relationships, career, health & wellbeing, and personal development areas.
  • Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and keep track of session notes in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team, our licensed clinical care navigation team, and our administrative care support team whenever needed.
  • Provide culturally competent and empathetic care, upholding our values of diversity and inclusion for all races, ethnicities, disabilities, and genders.
Requirements
  • Hold active credentials with a globally recognized coaching body, such as the International Coaching Federation (ICF), European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), Association for Coaching (AC), or other regionally accredited bodies that follow similar professional and ethical standards.
    • Possess a minimum of 100 hours of post-training coaching experience firmly required.
      • Be adaptable across various life, professional, and/or health & wellbeing related challenges.
        • Have training and experience in evidence-based modalities of support, including but not limited to, NVC, NLP, EQ, MBSR, Somatic coaching, Positive Psychology, or Appreciative Inquiry.
          • Be comfortable with technology and telehealth competent.
            • Commit to quality care, want to expand capabilities, and increase effectiveness by being informed of client progress or challenges.
              • Enjoy working independently but also value the support of a team and opportunities for connections and collaboration with other coaches.
