Job Title: Communication Ambassador

About the Role

You will be enrolling participants into a transformative workshop through genuine, high-trust conversations as a full-time Remote Sales Professional. This position requires someone who views sales as a craft, thrives in meaningful one-on-one interactions, and enjoys guiding people toward life-changing decisions.

  • Drive revenue growth through workshop enrollments
  • Closings for premium enrollments are expected at ₹30,000 per participant
  • Handle 4–5 inbound calls per day, 6 days/week (~120 calls/month)
  • Maintain a 20%+ live call close rate
  • Follow up with no-shows and non-buyers using a structured reactivation process
  • Keep CRM, projections, and tracking sheets updated daily

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with potential participants to understand their needs and preferences
  2. Effectively communicate the benefits and value proposition of the workshop
  3. Build strong relationships with participants to drive long-term engagement and loyalty
