Job Summary

Credit Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Credit Management Specialist. As a key member of the credit operations department, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day coordination with partner teams and ensuring smooth credit operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day coordination with partner teams for efficient credit operations.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and support in maintaining high-quality portfolios.
  • Assist in collection follow-ups on overdue cases in coordination with partner teams.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate MIS/data for review and analysis.
  • Visit partner offices periodically to strengthen relationships and ensure process alignment.
  • Support cross-functional teams in partner-related activities as required.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI sector with exposure to credit/partner management.
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder handling skills.
  • Good understanding of credit processes, portfolio monitoring, and MIS.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
