We are seeking a skilled Labeling Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:
  • This is a dynamic opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with expertise in label design and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and modify label templates using industry-standard software.
  • Evaluate and implement regulatory requirements, including FDA 21CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of labeling regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product life cycle management.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

A successful Labeling Specialist will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Illustrator, as well as have working knowledge of Priysm, Nicelabel, Codesoft Loftware, and Windchill.

In addition to technical expertise, this role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in label design and compliance, preferably within the medical device industry.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to collaborative project delivery.
