Senior Creative Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Creative Strategist to spearhead our creative initiatives and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute creative strategies for multiple brands across various industries, from campaign planning to scriptwriting and copywriting.
  • Collaborate with the New Business team on creative ideation and pitches, showcasing innovative ideas that resonate with clients.
  • Present comprehensive creative plans for campaigns or narrations of scripts to clients across all brands, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with client goals.
  • Ensure all creative work meets award-winning standards and proactively pursue recognition through industry awards.
  • Report to the Creative Lead who will provide overall direction, feedback, and references for campaigns or other creative tasks.
  • Coordinate daily with the Integrated Solutions Team (account planning + client servicing) on tasks ranging from topical posts to annual campaign strategies.
  • Provide visual direction to the graphic design team on any concept or idea originating from your team.
  • Clearly communicate briefs to junior creatives, facilitating a smooth and efficient process.
  • Work on revisions based on internal or external feedback and set realistic timelines allowing time for ideation and finesse while meeting client objectives.
  • Present each part of the production process, from idea inception to final product upload, whether it's an event, shoot, post, or any creative articulation.
  • Conduct in-depth research on the brand, target audience, and competition to ensure full awareness of the brand's needs at all times.

  • Ability to develop and propose value-added, creative interactive strategies and presentations for pitches to convert clients.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage a team of junior creative resources and provide guidance.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of target audience and ability to create content appealing to them.
