We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Support Specialist to provide exceptional administrative support to senior management at Cashmere Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, organized, and efficient individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calendar and Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events to ensure optimal use of time and prioritize daily tasks.
  • Travel Arrangements: Plan and book travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, and prepare detailed itineraries and handle changes as needed.
  • Communication Management: Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, respond to or redirect inquiries, and ensure timely follow-up on important matters.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings, ensuring they are accurate and ready on time.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, and ensuring all required materials are provided to participants.
  • Confidentiality Management: Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and ensure privacy and security of sensitive data.
  • Personal Assistance: Handle personal tasks and errands as required by the executive, maintaining a balance between professional and personal requests.
  • Office Management: Manage office supplies, equipment, and general administrative tasks to ensure an organized and efficient working environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. They should have proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone manner particularly in dealing with international clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
  • A high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • A valid passport.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, depending on location and qualifications.
