Automation Lead Position

We are seeking a seasoned Automation Lead to spearhead our test automation initiatives, develop scalable automation frameworks, and drive QA best practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Selenium, Cypress, and automation frameworks, ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of web applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive QA automation strategies for application components, APIs, and integrations.
  • Automation Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, Develop, execute, and optimize end-to-end UI and API automation test scripts.

Quality Assurance and Best Practices: Ensure thorough test coverage for functional, regression, performance, and security testing. Implement cross-browser testing, mobile testing, and visual validation. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to enhance quality processes. Establish QA metrics, reporting, and test dashboards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Test Automation Expertise: 6 years of experience in QA automation with Selenium and Cypress, Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Python for automation scripting.
  • Web Application Testing: Hands-on experience testing modern web applications and platforms, Knowledge of authorizing, publishing workflows, and dispatcher or caching layer testing.
  • CI CD and Test Infrastructure: Experience integrating automated tests with CI CD pipelines, Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based testing solutions, Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or k6.
