Job Description

We are seeking a skilled technical writer to join our team. As a technical writer, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, writing, and editing a variety of customer documentation.

You will collaborate with engineers to understand product functionality and features. Your task will be to create user manuals, reference guides, and online help content in various formats.

Accuracy, clarity, and comprehensiveness are crucial when it comes to documenting products. You will ensure that all documentation is accurate, clear, and comprehensive.

Additionally, you will maintain and update existing documentation to reflect product updates. To achieve this, you will utilize authoring tools such as FrameMaker and Oxygen to produce high-quality content.

What You ll Need
  • Degree or masters in electronics, science, hardware, computing, software, physics, mathematics, or engineering disciplines. Other technical disciplines considered.
  • 3-5 years of technical writing experience in the software or hardware industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong logical reasoning.
  • Proficiency with authoring tools such as FrameMaker and Oxygen.
  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
