Content Strategy Lead

  • Develop a content strategy that aligns with our business goals, focusing on driving traffic, generating leads, and enhancing product adoption.
  • Oversee content planning across the entire customer journey, including blogs, landing pages, case studies, email nurturing campaigns, and social media content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create SEO-driven and sales-enabling content, working closely with writers, designers, and product marketing managers.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify opportunities for SEO and user intent, informing topic and keyword development.
  • Partner with product, growth, and brand teams to shape narratives and messaging, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Lead the briefing, management, and editing of internal and external writers, as well as AI tools, to ensure consistent output and quality.
  • Establish scalable systems for content management, including content calendars, CMS maintenance, interlinking frameworks, and analytics setup.
  • Monitor performance and continuously optimize content to improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B content marketing or editorial strategy.
  • A proven track record of scaling traffic or content-led conversions.
  • Understanding of content distribution channels, including SEO, email, social media, and influencer marketing.
  • Ability to think strategically, considering content clusters, topic authority, and leverage opportunities rather than just word counts.
