Job Overview

The Head, Global Content Development and Delivery role leads an expert global team to create and deliver high-quality publications and content across various channels. This position is accountable for ensuring compliance and quality of all deliverables, aligning with internal and external requirements. The successful candidate will drive innovation and digital technologies for publication writing, content development, and dissemination.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for creating and delivering publications and global content
  • Maintain quality and compliance with relevant SOPs/guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Drive operational efficiency and track progress to identify areas for improvement
  • Deliver timely and high-quality results
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships and drive the innovation agenda for publications and content development
  • Plan and manage resources to meet current needs and plan for future initiatives
  • Provide leadership and oversee performance management and career development of associates in all locations

Requirements

  • Education: Advanced degree in a relevant field; business degree preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical company or medical communications agency
  • Languages: English, written and verbal
  • Strong communication, people management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to drive business results and provide insights that increase productivity
