We are seeking a professional to join our Instructional Design and Project Management team.

This role requires a strong foundation in instructional design principles for the digital learning environment, e-learning tools, and content development, along with basic project tracking skills using MS Excel. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for the science and art of learning, meticulous attention to detail, a strong willingness to learn, and an exceptional ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in planning and tracking the progress of content development projects, working closely with both external vendor teams and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Instructional Design & Content Development:
  • Understand and implement instructional design (ID) models.
  • Visualize and create compelling storyboards/scripts and assessments.
  • Review stage-wise artifacts from the content development process lifecycle (e.g., documents, content outlines, storyboarding, audio files, video files).
  • Conduct output/build reviews as a crucial part of the e-content development cycle.
  • Demonstrate command over e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, and at least 2 other tools.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI (Gen AI) based tools for content development.
  • Coordinate with digital media content creators for the development of graphics and animations.
  • Project Coordination & Management:
  • Assist in project execution and coordination, ensuring content is developed, reviewed, and delivered within project timelines.
  • Maintain and update project plans, and provide timely reports on risks regarding cost, quality, and timelines for appropriate mitigation.
  • Ensure all content updates and improvements are meticulously tracked, incorporated, and aligned across all platforms.
  • Verify adherence to specifications by meticulously checking the final deliverables of the project.
  • Work with the LMS and QA teams to ensure defect-free upload, testing, and rollout of content as per plan.
Skills & Experience
  • Education: Graduate or Post-graduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience as an Instructional Designer with demonstrated expertise in content development, e-learning tools, and project coordination.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with strong English language proficiency, including excellent grammar and proofreading skills.
  • Project Acumen: Basic understanding of project scoping and execution, with the ability to use MS Excel for tracking project timelines, maintaining simple project budgets, and reporting.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient working knowledge of relevant software tools, including but not limited to MS Office, Storyline, Vyond, etc.
