Lead Visionary

We seek a seasoned and visionary Lead to spearhead research and development in image processing, computer vision, and deep learning. This is an exceptional opportunity for an expert to lead innovative projects from inception to delivery, ensuring cutting-edge solutions and high-quality research output.

This position demands strategic leadership, technical acumen, and collaboration skills to drive multidisciplinary teams toward impactful results. As the Lead Visionary, you will define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

  • Spearhead innovative research projects at the intersection of AI and vision technologies.
  • Define and execute research strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AI-powered solutions that address business, clinical, or industrial needs.
  • Drive end-to-end pipeline: data acquisition, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Maintain robustness, scalability, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Masters or PhD in Computer Science & Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in image processing, computer vision, and deep learning, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/mentorship role.
  • Strong track record in developing and deploying deep learning models (Unets, CNNs, Transformers, GANs, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, DICOM, NIfTY and related libraries.
  • Experience with MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and model optimization (quantization, pruning).
  • Strong publication/patent record (for R&D roles) or deployment history (for industry roles).
