Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive research skills through strategic planning, including drafting proposals that align with project objectives and preparing high-quality research instruments like questionnaires and exploratory notes.
  • Prepare error-free materials for field work launches, including detailed budgets and visual aids.
  • Gain expertise in questionnaire design, flow, filters, routing, and scales, and develop effective questionnaires for straightforward projects.
  • Understand the principles of project management, including setup, execution, and commercial oversight.
  • Plan and prioritize project activities according to timelines, share research study prerequisites with PM teams, and debrief interviewers and POG teams on the study and questionnaire.
  • Finalize estimates, costing, and budgeting for projects, launch projects online using necessary software, and prepare analysis plans for straightforward projects.
  • Consistently coordinate with Project Management and Field teams, manage timely quotas, assist seniors in preparing presentations, and raise timely invoices.
  • Manage clients independently for routine matters, address their queries, attend client meetings, make notes, and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Provide accurate insights and deliverables to clients, expand knowledge on categories, brands, or industries, generate client satisfaction scores, and update client information.
  • Follow up with support teams, submit client deliverables on time, manage and multitask project activities, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong research skills and knowledge of proposal writing, questionnaire design, and project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to learn new skills, adapt to changing situations, and prioritize tasks effectively.
