Electrical Maintenance Expert

Sonipat, Haryana: We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Expert to join our team. As an Electrical Maintenance Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of electrical systems across our campus.

\

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and significant experience in managing and maintaining electrical equipment, including substations, transformers, panels, generators, and UPS systems.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Manage and maintain 10MW 33kV substations, transformers, HT & LT panels, DGs of different capacities, and over 3000kVA UPS systems to support IT infrastructure.\
  • Oversee the management of 500KW+ solar systems and 8000 TR cooling systems (water-cooled, air-cooled, and gas-based chillers).\
  • Ensure the maintenance and servicing of all elevators through AMC vendors, including daily checklists, breakdown rectification, and new elevator handovers.\
  • Coordinate the renewal of AMC contracts and maintenance of UPS systems across the campus, including vendor coordination, bill processing, and logbook management.\
  • Supervise and coordinate electrical installations, including new lift installations, classroom renovations, UPS installations, and electrical project oversight.\
  • Support in electrical fault rectification and ensure DG set diesel delivery and handovers for new campus buildings.\
  • Prepare and share daily project reports and summaries.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.\
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including maintenance schedules and procedures.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in electrical maintenance.\
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on electrical maintenance procedures.\
  • Contribute to a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures.\
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.\

  13. Relevant certifications, such as OSHA or electrical license.\
  14. 4-10 years of relevant work experience.\
  15. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.\
  16. Technical skills include but not limited to Elevator maintenance & upkeep, Electrical equipment troubleshooting, Project supervision & electrical installation.\
