Merchandising Manager Role Overview

The Merchandising Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our Home Textile supply chain. This position requires close collaboration with the Sourcing team, Planning Team, and Manager Strategic Partnerships to guarantee efficient vendor management.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily with vendors for production updates and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Visit factories to conduct production follow-ups, quality checks, and monitor production status.
  • Maintain effective communication and relationship management with stakeholders, including excellent negotiation skills.
