Technical Consultant for Oracle VBCS and HCM

We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant to work with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Human Capital Management (HCM). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying modern web and mobile applications using VBCS with integrations to Oracle HCM Cloud.

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
  • The successful candidate will design and develop dynamic UIs using reusable components, REST integrations, and responsive layouts.
  • They will integrate VBCS applications with Oracle HCM via REST APIs and OAuth2 authentication.
  • Deploy and manage VBCS applications using CI/CD tools and Git repositories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop modern web and mobile apps using VBCS with integrations to Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Worked on Oracle HCM Redwood pages.
  • Use JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Oracle JET to extend Oracle Cloud functionalities.
  • Develop dynamic UIs using reusable components, REST integrations, and responsive layouts.
  • Integrate VBCS applications with Oracle HCM via REST APIs and OAuth2 authentication.
  • Deploy and manage VBCS applications using CI/CD tools and Git repositories.

HCM Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, and Fast Formulas.
  • Build and integrate HCM REST and SOAP web services for third-party systems.
  • Manage security profiles, roles, data access and workflow approvals in HCM.
  • Perform data loading and mass updates using HDL (HCM Data Loader), and Spreadsheet Loaders.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable configurations and extensions.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle VBCS and HCM.
  • Hands-on experience in developing/supporting HCM Extracts.
  • Strong experience on Fast Formulas.
  • Good understanding on HCM Data Loader and HSDL.
  • Experienced in implementing User defined Tables and lookups and Value sets.
  • Some experience on extracting the data using APIs.
