Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our capability and enablement initiatives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our teams, driving business outcomes through effective training and development programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery: Develop and deliver high-quality training sessions that cater to the needs of new joiners in procurement and sourcing functions.
  • Design engaging and interactive training plans that incorporate real-world scenarios and best practices.
  • Schedule and Coordinate: Ensure seamless integration of training delivery with onboarding cycles and business timelines.

Collaboration and Feedback:

  • Foster strong relationships with business leaders, operations managers, and Learning & Development teams to identify training needs and align content with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with academic institutions to design outreach initiatives and guest sessions that align with our functional capabilities.
  • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously enhance training content and delivery methods.
  • Monitor Progress: Track learning outcomes and address skill gaps post-training.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in functional training or operations within the procurement and sourcing domain.
  • Prior experience in the service industry is preferred.
  • Key Skills:
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
    • Familiarity with procurement processes, tools (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, SAP), and industry best practices.
