Business Process Improvement Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and leading a group of data researchers. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance lean processes and improve business efficiency.
- Lead a team of data researchers in providing accurate and reliable data to external clients.
- Develop and implement process improvements across both verticals using a problem-solving approach.
- Collaborate with other local/global leaders to achieve departmental goals.
- Good problem-solving skills and effective stakeholder management.
- Capacity to give and accept feedback constructively and provide coaching to the team.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work across various shifts including night shift on rotational or need basis.
- People management skills, ability to build and motivate a team.
- Maintains high ethical standards both personally and professionally.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration.
- Advance proficiency in MS Excel.
- Knowledge of SQL will be an added advantage.
