Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

The role of the Technical Support Specialist is a critical part of our team. The incumbent will be responsible for delivering high-quality support and maintenance for various applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure, and other peripheral systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure proactive communication about challenges and opportunities.
  • Work with Service Now and Azure DevOps to control and prioritize incidents and user stories in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a service-oriented attitude, providing excellent service to system users, product owners, scrum masters, colleagues, and customers.
  • Assist junior support team members and other team members as needed.
  • Support the generation of Business Process Procedures (BPPs), create and execute test scripts, and work with developers to automate them in the Selenium framework.
  • Act as the first and second-level support point of contact for incident resolution.
  • Create and report on support-related KPIs, communicate directly with business stakeholders, and gather feedback from end-users about system issues and performance.
