We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished HR professional to spearhead our human capital initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic HR plans that align with our business objectives, overseeing talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement HR initiatives that drive business results and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Design and manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely and effective recruitment.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition and integration into the company.
  • Foster positive employee relations by promoting open communication, conflict resolution, and a respectful workplace.
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
  • Identify training and development needs, design and deliver training programs, and facilitate employee skill enhancement and career growth.
  • Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, equitable, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and performance-based compensation reviews.
  • Manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave records.
  • Prepare and submit required HR reports and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in India.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and training and development.
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits administration and experience designing and implementing relevant programs.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and software for data management and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or MS in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Certification in SHRM-CP, HRCI-SPHR, or other HR-related certifications.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and software.
