Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Junior NOC Engineer - A2P Messaging. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining network operations, managing and troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and providing technical support to clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of NOC processes and the ability to implement them effectively. They will also have excellent troubleshooting skills, the ability to work flexible hours, and good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Role requires experience in VOIP technologies, including familiarity with SIP and RTP protocols.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in A2P SMS technologies, including familiarity with SMPP and TCP/IP protocols.
  • Experience in working at a leading A2P operator is an advantage.
