Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Marble Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of marble products, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This is a full-time position responsible for assisting walk-in customers in our showroom, providing product recommendations, and supporting the retail sales process. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle customer inquiries, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable marble products.
  • Explain product features, specifications, quality differences, and pricing clearly.
  • Handle customer queries, provide quotations, and follow up on sales leads.
  • Maintain attractive displays of marble products in the showroom.
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper labeling of products.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory store team for product availability.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or counter sales, preferably in building materials.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge for billing and data entry.
  • The ability to handle customers politely and resolve issues promptly.
