Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met across our manufacturing operations.

The successful candidate will define inspection standards and quality judgment criteria for products, supervise the effective implementation of quality standards, and monitor process control in EMS to drive continuous improvement of quality performance.

Key responsibilities include collecting and analyzing quality data, organizing teams to develop and implement quality improvement actions, and handling customer audits, internal audits, and hierarchical audits to drive timely closure of identified issues.

  • Develop and implement quality standards and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and product returns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management system and quality tools.
  • Proficiency in structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
