About the Role:

As a Senior Coordinator, you will play a key part in fostering partnerships with corporate entities, athletes, sports teams, and enthusiasts across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster lasting relationships with select corporate partners, ensuring seamless CSR life-cycles, including reporting, compliance, social media management, and renewal negotiations.
  • Engage with new corporate funders, crafting compelling pitches to secure their support.
  • Develop customized proposals aligned with partnership structures and available opportunities, working closely with program teams, finance, and technical directors.
External Partnerships & Athlete Engagement:
  • Act as a single point of contact for external teams and athletes seeking training camps, sports science testing, injury rehab, and recovery interventions at our facility.
  • Conceptualize and implement these initiatives, creating pricing and proposal documents while aligning stakeholders across relevant departments.
  • Evaluate and ensure timely billing and payment collections.
HNI Fundraising & Relationships:
  • Drive the implementation of the IIS Patrons Club, targeting high net worth individuals for cold outreach, relationship nurturing, and eventual conversion into donors.
  • Establish strong relationships with HNIs and potential donors, converting them into individual or CSR donors.
  • Organize exclusive boot camps for these individuals or groups, aiming to convert them into IIS donors.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent team player with ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High adaptability and quick learning capacity with a strategic mindset.
  • Keen interest in sports, particularly Olympic Sports.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with HNIs, Corporate Heads, vendors, and field staff.
