Batch Management Executive

About the Role

The Batch Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient execution and management of multiple batches.

This role ensures that operational, academic, and administrative aspects of all batches are handled effectively.

They lead a team to deliver an excellent learner experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Batch Planning & Coordination:
  • Develop batch schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with faculty and support teams to ensure readiness.
  • Monitor daily batch operations and resolve issues promptly.
Team Leadership:
  • Guide and mentor team members.
  • Allocate responsibilities and monitor performance.
  • Provide regular feedback and facilitate skill development.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with internal teams.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for batch-related concerns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Quality & Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to guidelines and processes.
  • Monitor attendance, progress, and performance of batches.
  • Conduct quality checks on learning delivery.
Requirements

This role requires strong organizational skills, ability to manage priorities and deadlines. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
