About This Role:

- As a Strategic Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in crafting sales strategies to drive business growth and exceed performance targets.

- You will also be responsible for analyzing key performance indicators and developing comprehensive strategic proposals to persuade senior management to implement informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identifying and pursuing high-value lead opportunities across our product portfolio.

- Developing tailored pricing models based on customer needs and product utilization.

- Navigating complex negotiations and contracting processes.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Preferred Qualifications/skills:

- Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.

- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in sales development across various industries (B2B preferred).

- Strong analytical skills and ability to assess client requirements.

- Fast learner and ability to adapt quickly to new environments.

- Experience in SaaS or logistics SaaS companies/start-ups is an asset.
