CDP Business Lead Job Description

Indegene is seeking a highly skilled CDP Business Lead to drive strategy, consulting, and solution leadership across Customer Data Platform initiatives.

  • Shaping client engagements and identifying growth opportunities
  • Enabling successful delivery of data-driven customer experience programs

The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of business acumen, consulting expertise, and deep knowledge of CDP technologies and use cases. They will be responsible for owning the CDP practice vision, go-to-market strategy, and business development, as well as partnering with sales, marketing, and consulting teams to define client value propositions and growth opportunities.

This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as a proven ability to engage with senior client stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The following are the key qualifications and skills for this position:

  • 7+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or data-driven marketing
  • Strong experience in CDP strategy, implementation, or solutioning (Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe RT-CDP, Twilio Segment, or similar)
  • Proven ability to engage with senior client stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable solutions
  • Strong understanding of MarTech/AdTech ecosystems, data privacy, and customer experience strategies
