Senior Software Engineering Lead

This is a senior software engineering role focused on delivering care and improving health outcomes by connecting people with resources.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing and implementing database architectures that support company objectives, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure high-performance databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop database architectures to meet business requirements
  • Administer and maintain Postgres SQL databases, ensuring their integrity and security
  • Manage database environments within cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Participate in database testing and quality assurance processes

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Postgres SQL Server Data Engineer
  • 5+ years of experience with tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Packer
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins etc.)
  • Experience with change management systems, such as ServiceNow and Jira

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP services
  • Monitoring & Logging: Knowledge of monitoring tools and logging tools
