Job Description

As a construction management professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving order objectives in assigned geographies and customer segments.

This role requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to engage with key stakeholders and influencers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Funnel Preparation: Prepare sales funnels from identified projects and build order pipelines for key accounts.
  • Business Development: Work closely with subsidiaries and channel partners to secure business opportunities and expand customer relationships.
  • Order Achievement: Achieve order and sales objectives for assigned geographies and customers through effective sales strategies and relationship management.
  • Account Identification: Identify key accounts, influencer networks, and classify accounts based on relationship index criteria to prioritize sales efforts.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with influencers and stakeholders for contract jobs and purchase organizations for supply opportunities.
  • Competitor Tracking: Collect feedback from stakeholders and track competition activities in owned accounts to stay ahead in the market.
