We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our pre-sales team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving the pre-sales process from initial engagement to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the pre-sales team and ensure they are motivated, skilled, and aligned with company goals.
  • Maintain deep technical knowledge and real-world usage of application and operating system environments.
  • Develop strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.
  • Achieve a solid understanding of networking concepts, DNS, DHCP, basic routing protocols, Virtual Private networks, Active Directory, and other directory services.
  • Pursue knowledge of security products such as firewalls, VPN, ZNTA, CASB, SASE, Identity federations, etc.
  • Acquire proficiency in one or more desktop virtualization technologies (Citrix Apps & Desktop/ VMware Horizon/ WVD/ MS RDP, etc.).
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in pre-sales roles with strong leadership skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Show ability to articulate the advantages and disadvantages of offerings based on real-world examples.
  • Exhibit proactive, self-motivated, and partnership-oriented behavior closely with sales Account Managers.
  • Map customer requirements to company products effectively.
  • Pursue knowledge of solution designing/solution architecting and capacity planning.
