  • We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Windows Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows Server support and administration.">
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Level 2 support for Windows server-related incidents and service requests.">
  • This includes performing routine server maintenance, patching, and performance monitoring.">
  • Additionally, the candidate will manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and user account management.">
  • Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) is also required.">
  • The candidate will work with backup tools and ensure scheduled backups are successful.">
  • Collaboration with L1 support to escalate/resolve complex issues is essential.">
  • The specialist will document resolutions, procedures, and configuration changes.">
  • They will also coordinate with vendors and other IT teams for hardware/software issues.">
  • A good understanding of server hardware, storage, and backup solutions is necessary.">
  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting is a plus.">
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills are required.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.">
  • 3-5 years of experience in Wintel support or system administration.">
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022).">
  • Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.">
  • Hands-on with VMware or Hyper-V environments.">
  • Microsoft Certified: Windows Server (MCSA / MCSE / AZ-800/AZ-801).">
  • VMware VCP or equivalent.">
  • ITIL Foundation certification.">
