Job Summary

An Organizational Management Specialist plays a pivotal role in depicting the organizational structure within a specific timeframe, providing and distributing vital information electronically to support reporting audits, legal proceedings, and internal workflow processes.

  • Global Projects: The incumbent will actively participate in design, transition, and takeover phases of OM activities in global projects, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Automation Programs: Responsibilities include developing ideas for automation programs, initiating their implementation to reduce capacity and enhance user experience.
  • Process Improvements & Harmonization: The individual will identify opportunities for process improvements through change requests (CRs), learning hours (LHs), and SMT tickets, then implement harmonization across entities.
  • Maintenance of Organizational Structures: Maintenance of organizational structures, position, person, and communication master data is also crucial.
  • Technical Support: Providing 2nd level technical support, including queries related to COMPAS, HR core – rules, policies, and processes, data creation and maintenance, etc.
  • COMPAS System Maintenance: Maintaining organizational master data in the COMPAS system.
  • Position Master Data Maintenance: Maintaining processes for position master data in the local HR system.
  • SAP Updations: Updating SAP HR core, including creation/delimitation of org units, classification of org types, org area, cost center update, personnel area/sub area updation, location update, account assignment, info org unit, position maintenance, position movements, role updation, target & disciplinary manager mapping, managerial assignments, direct/indirect flag update.
  • Monthly Inputs: Providing monthly inputs to Org changes stakeholders team on OM and Chief updates.
  • SLA Adherence: Closing SSF tickets timely and interacting with stakeholders via Teams or email as per SLA requirements.
  • Query Generation & Reporting: Creating queries and generating need-based MIS & reports from SAP & COMPAS.
  • Customer Service: Partnering with internal and external customers to deliver high-level customer service effectively.
