We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our organization as a Customer Support Associate (Chat). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our chat platform.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Foster strong relationships with customers through active listening and empathy
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an international BPO (chat/email process)
- Strong command over English – both written and verbal
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Basic technical knowledge is a plus
