Interior Design Project Management Opportunity

As a seasoned Interior Design Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading our teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your strong background in operations management and expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams will ensure timely project delivery.

  • Owning the customer experience from booking to handover, ensuring issues are resolved within committed timelines and projects are completed on a positive note is paramount.
  • Collaborating with installer teams, vendor teams, category teams, product teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate faster issue resolution and empower team members to solve problems effectively is crucial.
  • Empowering existing teams, hiring top talent, and strengthening regional teams through effective people management is essential.
  • Maintaining adherence to defined process SOPs and standards, providing a standardized customer experience is vital.
  • Overseeing customer move-in timeline adherence, customer overall CSAT score, and quicker resolution of customer escalations is key to success.

Required Expertise and Qualifications:

  • A degree in Interior Design or a related field from a reputable institution would be beneficial.
  • At least 7-12 years of work experience in startups or operations similar industries is required.
  • Proven people management skills with direct team reporting experience is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a structured thought process are necessary.
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced startup environments and manage strategic alliances/business partnerships with builders, architects, interior consultants for maximum project reach is desirable.
