Interior Design Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled interior design professional to take on the role of leading our interior design projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing interior design projects, collaborating with clients, and delivering high-quality designs that meet their vision and expectations.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive interior design strategies for various clients and projects.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure effective communication and successful project outcomes.
  • Create detailed designs, layouts, and 3D models that showcase exceptional creativity and technical expertise.
  • Oversee the execution of designs while ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communication effectively.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in senior-level interior design roles.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Strong background in architecture, civil engineering, or interior design, preferably with a degree from a reputable institution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
