As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving compliance excellence. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our business operations are aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Design and implement comprehensive testing programs to identify potential risks and ensure regulatory compliance.">
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including directors and VPs, to facilitate effective issue alignment and resolution.">
  • Train and mentor colleagues to enhance their knowledge and skills relevant to plan delivery.">
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives to improve the overall delivery model and participate in presentations to senior leadership.">
  • Work closely with business teams to develop remediation plans to address findings.">
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging regulatory risks and impending legislation that may impact our Compliance Monitoring Plan.">
  • Exemplify strength in our Leadership Model by setting the agenda, bringing others along, and doing it the right way, while putting enterprise thinking first.">

Minimum Qualifications:

  • ">
  • At least 6 years of experience in internal audit, regulatory compliance within the Big Four or in a bank/financial institution, preferably with Anti-Money Laundering background.">
  • Good academic qualification with experience in compliance or legal, and Anti-Money Laundering knowledge would be an added advantage.">
  • Chartered Accounts, CPA, CIA, ACAMS, MBA, and individuals with certifications in audit would be preferred.">
