Fullstack Product Engineer - AI-Powered Products

We're seeking a high-ownership engineer to build and ship cutting-edge products at speed. The ideal candidate has experience with Langchain, RAG, and LLMs.

The role involves end-to-end product development using Ruby and React, working closely with product and design teams. Key responsibilities include implementing intelligent workflows, shipping high-utility features, and delivering fast results.

This is a unique opportunity to work on key projects across the board, including billing integration, reporting dashboards, and vendor integrations.

  • Must-Haves:
    • Product-driven mindset: You make tactical decisions and care about product outcomes.
      • LLM / Langchain Equivalent experience: You've built real features or products using Langchain and understand the LLM ecosystem.
        • Agentic Flows: You've built agentic flows using LLMs.
          • Fullstack excellence: You work seamlessly across Ruby (backend) and React (frontend).
            • Zero-API mentality: You don't rely on an elaborate API layer; you're comfortable making decisions across the stack.
              • Launched real AI apps: You've taken an AI-powered product to market.
                • Ownership mindset: You're hands-on, accountable, and thrive in unstructured environments.
          • Bonus:
            • Past experience building tools in CRM, SaaS, or automation.
              • Familiarity with agents, vector DBs, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
