Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack AI Lead Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in Fullstack Development with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable AI-powered applications, including backend, frontend, and AI integration. Key responsibilities include building and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems, and AI agents, as well as developing APIs and backend services using Python with frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience in Fullstack Development with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
  • Proficiency in Python, particularly with frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask, and proficiency in React.js or Next.js for front-end development.
  • Proven expertise in Generative AI, including LLMs, RAG systems, and AI agents, along with prompt engineering skills.
  • A solid foundation in traditional Machine Learning, specifically with libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Experience with cloud computing, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and containerization.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and system design skills.

Bonus Points:

  • Knowledge of AI safety and explainability techniques, such as Local Interpretable Model-agnostic Explanations (LIME) and SHAP.
  • Experience with multimodal AI or edge AI.
  • Prior experience leading AI/ML projects and mentoring teams.
