AI/ML Engineering Leadership Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned AI/ML engineer to lead our team of experts in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge AI models. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for guiding the development of advanced AI solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and develop technical requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of engineers to ensure successful project execution and knowledge sharing.
  • Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy AI models that meet business needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Tech Oversight: Oversee the integration of AI technologies into existing systems and processes.
  • Expertise Utilization: Leverage expertise in NLP, Deep Learning, and Python programming to drive AI model development and deployment.

Required Skills:

  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including NLP, Computer Vision, and Deep Learning.
  • Programming Skills: Proficient in Python programming and related frameworks.
  • Project Management: Experience managing projects from concept to delivery.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years in IT with a focus on AI/ML practices and background.
