**AI/ML Specialist Role Summary:**

We are seeking an exceptional AI/ML specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge machine learning solutions.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in building high-performing, scalable, and enterprise-grade ML/AI applications. You will be part of a dynamic team that collaborates with data science, engineering, and cloud teams to implement machine learning models into production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality ML/AI applications using cloud-native technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ML models into production, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develop practical and innovative automation solutions for scale and efficiency.
  • Lead the design, delivery, and management of industrialized processing pipelines.
  • Promote best practices in ML model lifecycle and operations.
  • Implement AI/MLOps frameworks and support data science teams in adopting best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with modern techniques, tools, and frameworks in ML architecture and operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated expertise in ML/AI concepts, including types of algorithms, machine learning frameworks, and model life-cycle.
  • Strong understanding of cloud concepts and architectures, as well as working knowledge with selected cloud services (e.g., GCP).
  • Proficiency in programming ML algorithms and data processing pipelines using Python.
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in production-ready code development.
  • Experience in designing and implementing data pipelines.
  • Practical experience with implementing ML solutions on GCP Vertex.AI and/or Databricks.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to take responsibility for tasks and deliverables.
  • Great problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
Nice to Have Skills & Knowledge:
  • Practical experience with other programming languages (e.g., PySpark, Scala, R, Java).
  • Experience with tools like AirFlow, ADF, or Kubeflow.
  • Good understanding of CI/CD and DevOps concepts, and experience working with selected tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
