About the Role

We're looking for a skilled
Full Stack Developer
with strong expertise in
PHP
and
ReactJS
to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working across the entire software stack — from backend logic to user-facing features — and collaborating closely with both internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop
    server-side logic and APIs
    using PHP and modern frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony).
  • Build and maintain
    user-facing features
    with ReactJS.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Participate actively in the
    full software development lifecycle
    , from concept to deployment.
  • Translate
    business requirements
    into actionable technical tasks.
  • Communicate directly with customers
    to gather feedback and manage expectations.
  • Conduct
    code reviews
    to maintain quality and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
  • Create and maintain
    technical documentation
    for all features and systems.

Required Skills & Experience

  • PHP Development:
    Proven experience with object-oriented PHP and modern frameworks (Laravel, Symfony).
  • ReactJS:
    Strong working knowledge of ReactJS, including components, state management, and JSX.
  • Database:
    Solid understanding of MySQL or similar relational databases.
  • Version Control:
    Proficiency with Git and branching workflows.
  • Communication:
    Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Business Analysis:
    Experience gathering requirements and translating them into effective solutions.
  • Customer-Facing Experience:
    Ability to interact directly with clients and provide actionable guidance.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Analytical mindset and keen attention to detail.
