Senior Ceph Architect

We seek a seasoned professional to lead our Ceph storage team.

  • Performance Optimization: Develop strategies to optimize Ceph storage performance and conduct capacity planning for growing workloads.
  • Automation: Utilize Python scripting to develop custom tools and automate tasks, improving efficiency and reliability within the team.
  • Open-Source Contribution: Actively contribute to the Ceph open-source community, including code enhancements and bug fixes.
  • Troubleshooting: Build robust monitoring solutions and resolve critical issues promptly and systematically.
  • Data Protection: Design resilient backup/DR strategies and ensure compliance with security best practices.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with infrastructure, development, and network teams to integrate Ceph into larger infrastructure stacks.
