Senior Human Resources Risk Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Human Resources Risk Manager to lead our risk management initiatives within the HR function.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate risks associated with HR operations.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive risk management plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and prioritize risks, implementing controls to minimize their impact.
  • Promote a culture of risk awareness and compliance throughout the HR function.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR staff on risk management best practices.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and monitoring, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends, ensuring compliance and staying ahead of emerging risks.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, risk managers, and external partners.

Qualifications:

  • Masters/Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
  • 8+ years experience in HR risk management, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management principles, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels, influencing stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Results-driven, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
