Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technical Lead to spearhead our team's technical strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations in the Salesforce database.
  • Collaborate with management, strategic planning & analysis staff and end-users to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers.
  • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards using Salesforce tools.
  • Create and document application requirements by working together with developers, analysts, and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Train users on database applications and keep them informed about system functionality and enhancements.
  • Provide technical support to application users and resolve identified system problems through resolution.
  • Implement Service Cloud and Community Cloud solutions and have hands-on experience in Lightning.

About the Role:

This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Salesforce administration, customization, and development.
