About this role:

As a key member of our team, you will lead the creation and execution of customer engagement strategies to boost conversion and promotional communications for a specific line of business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver on set campaign objectives

This role requires excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work directly with technical teams and lead cross-functional teams more broadly.

Requirements
  • 3-4 years of relevant work experience in customer engagement campaigns in Ops function at high growth or technology companies
  • Experience working on SFMC CRM platform is highly preferred
  • Best-in-class communication skills and ability to work directly with technical teams
  • An understanding and passion for recognizing emerging trends, creative excellence, and new technologies
