Product Design Lead Job Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary Product Design Lead to join our team and shape the future of our platform. As a seasoned designer, you will be responsible for defining the strategy and vision for integrating new AI-driven features into the platform.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead cross-functional teams in designing intuitive and engaging experiences that drive revenue growth. You will have the chance to supervise and mentor junior designers while overseeing the design process from concept to delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess 6-8 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving skills. Experience designing AI products is a plus, and proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools like Bolt is required.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop user experience strategies and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for AI-powered features.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate automated workflows, insights, and actions across multiple touchpoints in the product experience.
  • Analyze data and synthesize insights to inform design decisions.
  • Create scalable, AI-enhanced enterprise-grade analytics solutions for B2B SaaS.
  • Mentor and partner with junior designers to share knowledge and contribute to a collaborative learning environment.
