Job Title: Project Lead

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects, establishing key relationships with personnel and clients, and coordinating with various departments within the organization to ensure seamless functioning of client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects and establish professional relationships with key personnel and clients in assigned projects.
  • Coordinate with various departments within the organization, including support, service, technology, and manage resources.
  • Responsible for client receivables and planning and execution of monthly retention.
  • Achieve strategic customer objectives and account plans defined by management.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and good relationship building skills (internal, external, and cross-cultural).
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs and coordinate the involvement of all necessary actions required.
  • Conduct regular online meetings with the client to manage performance objectives, customer-expectations, and assess customer needs on an ongoing basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exposure to US/International Client (Preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Technical skills, especially in IT Projects Handling / Project Coordinator / Project Manager roles
  • Sound computer skills, especially in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
