Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage counter team and maintain inventory levels as per patient requirements and minimum availability of medicinal and general goods.
- Take care of on-counter customers and coordinate with them to fulfill their requirements.
- Maintain relations and coordinate with distributors/suppliers by regular delivery of goods, payments related delivered, and return of goods.
- Oversee sales strategy and customer management and manage team under framework as per company's standards.
- Handle incoming customers/patients regarding provision of medicine as prescribed by doctors and explain them about consumption and awareness.
- Attain phone calls, manage home deliveries, and coordinate with sales assistant persons regarding counter sale.
- Prepare and raise PO, check validity of products, and manage inventory.
- Look after team performance provided to customers regarding medicines prescribed by doctors and sales of goods.
- Regularly visit doctors to share information on new products in market and make them aware about patient compliance.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in store management or relevant field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
