Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Development Specialist to join our team.

  • To develop and implement strategic plans for infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government organizations, project management companies, and design architects to promote product specification inclusion.
  • Create project prospect bandwidth and pipelines for various infrastructure and building projects, focusing on specification empanelment of products.
  • Identify and acquire new customers through technical presentations and relationship building.
  • Continuously identify business opportunities in the construction segment, including product gaps and influencers for enhanced product penetration.
  • Promote and include blended cement in key projects, maximizing its contribution.
  • Optimize mix design solutions for customers, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Conduct mix-design trials for product approvals across prospective customers and projects, resolving quality complaints efficiently.
